You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRICING ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We strive to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, errors, including incorrect pricing, may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or human error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed and we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

Placing an item in your shopping cart or completing the checkout process does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to review and accept or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days during busier periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. If we are closed for a period of time we will start processing orders as soon as we are reopened and will provide an update to your email address provided. If you would like to request a delivery date please email geraldine@burntco.com.au and we will endeavour to help where possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email geraldine@burntco.com.au

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our product, but if you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange or a refund. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item. BREAKAGES

In the unfortunate event that you have received a product which has broken during transit, please email us at geraldine@burntco.com.au  within 24-hours of receiving the item with a photo of the box, and the broken product inside the box. We will issue a full refund or a store credit if you have purchased parcel protection.
